* Single Fillet Portion - You will recieve 1 fillet that is the perfect portion size. (Each fillet weighs approximately (150-200g)
*  Whole Fish - you will reieve a whole fish that has been scaled and the guts removed (the start weight of the fish would be approximately 600-800g)
