Allergen Information

We appreciate that allergens are a food safety hazard.

The food standards agency & DEFRA have identified 14 allergens (listed below), as being the most dangerous and common, but we appreciate that consumers may be allergic to other ingredients as well.

To ensure that our customers have the the information they need to make safe food choices we are able to, on request provide ingredient and allergen information.

The 14 main allergens: Celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide, sulphites and tree nuts.
