Simply select how you would like it processed:
* Left whole - we will simply scale and gut the fish.
* A whole hake fillet (approx 450-550g) - we will scale, gut and fillet and pin the fish to send you the fillets
* Single fillet portion (approx 180g) - we will scale, gut, fillet and cut a portion from the fish, then pin the portion
Please note that weights are approximate, but as accurate as possible. Whilst we endeavour to remove all bones, when pin boning, this product may still contain bones.
