Select how you would like it processed:
If you order a whole fish, we will simply just gut the fish.
If you order it filleted, we will gut and fillet the fish, sending you just the fillets.
If you order it skinned & filleted, we will gut, fillet and remove the skin from the fillets. Sending you simply meat, without any skin.
If you order a whole fish skinned, we will remove both the dark and light skin, but leave the fish on the bone.
 
Please note that weights are approximate, but as accurate as possible. Whilst we endeavour to remove all bones, when pin boning, this product may still contain bones.
