From Frozen unless otherwise stated:
 
Microwave: Remove flatbread from packaging, place on microwavable plate and reheat for upto 1 min (850W) until warm throughout.
 
Oven: Remove flatbread from packaging and defrost thoroughly at ambient temperature. Pre-heat oven to;220C/425F/Gas Mark 7, place flatbread on baking tray in centre of oven and reheat for 1-2 mins.
