Mussels in natural juices, cleaned, cooked & frozen.
Conventional Heating: (saucepan) Pour contents of pouch into saucepan and cover. Cook on full heat 5-6 minutes, shaking the pan from time to time until the mussels open.
Microwave Heating: Empty contents into a microwavable bowl. Cover and cook for 3 minute (800W). Remove bowl from microwaveand stir well. Replace, cover and cook for a further 2 minutea. (800W).
DISCARD ANY MUSSELS WHICH DO NOT OPEN
