Cooking Information

To microwave: Loosen lid and place on microwavable plate: Heat on full power for 750W/Cat D for 70 seconds or 850W/Cat E 60 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. To Steam: Leave baisin with lid on. Place baisin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 35 minutes. Ensure that water does not enter the Christmas pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry.
