Select how you would like it processed:
If you would like a chunky single fillet portion, simply select the 180g portion option.
If you order a whole monk tail, you select the size and we will simply skin the tail, but the leave fish on the bone.
If you order it filleted, you select the size we will skin and fillet the tail, sending you just the fillets
 
Please note that weights are approximate, but as accurate as possible. Whilst we endeavour to remove all bones, when pin boning, this product may still contain bones.
